(Marriage) mashed or whole beans with rice. You can include fried beans or if you prefer just well cooked beans.
Ingredients:
Refried beans (recipe on right)
4 tablespoons of cooked rice
1/2 chopped tomatoes
1 green chili pepper
Preparation:
In the pan where you prepared the beans, add the rice, tomato and chile. Stir everything with a spatula and cook over medium heat 7 minutes. (It is basically a mix of beans & rice)

Refried Beans:
1 cup black beans (you can get them at any grocery store)
1/4 chopped onion
1/4 green pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons vegetable oil or margarine (olive oil)
Preparation:
Heat oil over medium heat and fry the onion until translucent. Add beans and fry over medium heat until the oil consumed and dry. (little bit of salt)
