About Topoyillos

Well These Delicious frozen bags are also known as "Charamuscas"
.................................................
People in Honduras also know them as topoyillos.
.................................................
Coco (coconut) is one of the most popular flavors but you can pretty much make them out of any flavor
.................................................
How do you eat them?
Chew on one of the corners off your bag and suck the chilled filling out through the hole.
-------------------------------------------------
There is no right or wrong when you spell the name, as long as you pronounce it as "topogigios" ;)

Ingredients
    - Half gallon of Milk ( or you could you just about anything like cool aid)
    - shaved coconut (Optional if not using milk)
    - cinammon
    - sugar (or you can use condensed milk)
    - Clear clean small plastic bags (Not zip lock)
Lets get Started:

Pour the milk in a blender, follow by the coconut (quarter of a cup), sugar (small cup of sugar), table spoon of cinnamon. close lid and mix them together.
Now try a little bit to see if you need something, if not just go ahead and start filling the plastic bags fill them up to a 80% because you need room to tie a knot just like the picture here on the left.
place them in the freezer (fridge) for about 5 to 6 hours.

Its a good idea to use a funnel to fill little plastic bags,
